Want to be Cheerful!

Being Cheerful If person want be happy, he need to learn to be cheerful. It is easy said then to be. Just have look toward society, people who have attained many goals in the external world have not found peace within. There is always demand for more and there is always constant feeling fear of losing what is achieved. Remain negative and frightened all the time, afraid of dying or afraid of not attaining what one want to be. Person might have many fears, and fear is the greatest of all enemies. It is primal to be free from fears and to understanding why we have not attained a state of tranquility. It is because we have not learned how to be still. Positive aptitude towards life and meditation can teach us.

Being Positive

A person is the creator of his own destiny. To live is a grace from Providence, but to live happily is of own making. Don't postpone your improvement and enlightenment by saying, Well, whatever God has created, I accept it. That is merely inertia or laziness, which is a sin. Never give up in working with yourself. One thing that is very destructive in life is to weaken your own willpower. Your willpower says, I can do it; I will it; I have to do it! This is what you should always remind yourself: I can do it; I will do it, and I have to do it!

If you fail and stumble once, try again; don't give up. Giving up is defeat, and that defeat will cripple your inner sensitivity and then you will lose that sensitivity. Try to work with yourself. Correct practice will lead you to perfection-work with yourself. If you talk too much, for example, then decide that you will continue to speak and do so purposefully, but not uselessly, those who speak too much usually speak nonsense. They don't say what they really want to say. You waste your energy through your speech, and this is also the case with your actions-you waste your energy by performing actions that are injurious for your health and your future.

You don't need to make any external change to improve your inner situation, be wherever you are. Learn to decide things and to create determination, and you can attain the highest state. You'll never become lost if you search within, but you'll always be lost if you are searching for something outside yourself, the search lies within, from the gross self to the subtlest aspect of your being.

First, understand your duties and how to perform them skillfully. This is a very simple formula, but you need to apply it practically and systematically. Decide every morning that no matter what happens, you will not let anything disturb you. If you become emotionally disturbed, then you cannot do anything worthwhile.

You need to be balanced; and that you will deal with the things that come, undisturbed. If You resolve to do this, you'll find that a great change takes place in your life. Never think that you can not achieve big goals in life. This is negative thinking! Don't do that to yourself. Do your best and then surrender all your actions and the Innermost Dweller within yourself: Give me strength so that I can endure this. Give me strength so that I am successful. Give me strength so that I don't forget you. If you ask for that, you'll gain strength. All the strength really comes from within; the outside world inspires, but strength comes within and you will reach your goal in life.

Developing Willpower

Acting against own consciences kill the powerful force within, the determination and the will power. To keep the will power over the high ground, the first step for this is to respect own consciences. To establish inner strength, it is important to decide that whatever negative thoughts occurs, or whatever others say to you, will not be accepted blindly. Whatever kind of thoughts comes, a though is still only be a though unless you allow it to affect you. Be conscious of them.

Practice the habit to strengthen yourself from the real source of all strength within, you self consciences. The willpower is essential for self-confidence. Self-confidence comes after you have observed yourself, watch your capacity, and built your willpower. Thus the real personal strength can be built.

Meditation

Positivity is strengthened by someone who is already within you, whom you know but ignore most of the time. That someone is called cheerfulness. To have holistic health, you should learn to be cheerful all the time. Cheerfulness is the greatest physician. Do not fight; do not create negative thoughts. The dining table should not be a ring where people fight with each other. Anger changes the body chemistry and disturbs the digestion. This is very important. learn to be cheerful all the time.

If we can understand the "Reality" that is within us, then we can eliminate worry and dissipation. learn to be happy. Don't postpone your joys and happiness for next year, and don't leave it to God to make you happy. God is already within you; happiness is within you. Witness his presence all the time, and remain free from all fears. You are the architect of your life.

Assimilation will develop the constant ideas: The whole world is my body, all bodies are mine, all lives are mine, all pain are mine, all joys are mine.
