Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment & Booking

• Advance Payment: To secure your consultation, full payment of $50.00 is required at the time of booking.
• Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once the PayPal transaction is successful and you have selected a slot on our consultation calendar.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to be eligible for a refund.
• Refund Processing: * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund (minus any PayPal transaction fees, if applicable).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time at no additional cost via the link in your confirmation email.
• Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the session may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Technical Difficulties

• If a technical failure occurs on the part of Vedic Care (e.g., internet outage, platform error) and the session cannot proceed, you will be offered a full refund or a priority reschedule.
• If the technical issue is on the client’s side, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the session time cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
