Advance Payment: To secure your consultation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once the PayPal transaction is successful and you have selected a slot on our consultation calendar.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing: * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund (minus any PayPal transaction fees, if applicable).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time at no additional cost via the link in your confirmation email.
Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the session may be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Technical Difficulties
If a technical failure occurs on the part of Vedic Care (e.g., internet outage, platform error) and the session cannot proceed, you will be offered a full refund or a priority reschedule.
If the technical issue is on the client’s side, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the session time cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
